Hi, Fediverse. We're Charter Oak Watch, an independent desk following surveillance in Connecticut, from the records: license-plate readers (Flock, Axon), real-time crime centers, drones, fusion centers, and who decided.
Every claim links to its receipts: FOIA releases, audit logs, meeting transcripts, contracts. Not affiliated with any government agency.
